How do I use white vinegar?

To descale taps

• Moisten kitchen paper with white vinegar and wrap it around your taps: they will come out descaled and shiny.

For washing machines *

• Every time you wash, add a capful of vinegar to the fabric softener compartment.
• This will maintain your washing machine and prevent limescale build-up.
• It will also soften your clothes and preserve their colours.

To degrease your microwave

• Pour 3 parts cold water and 1 part white vinegar into a bowl.
• Place the bowl in your microwave oven and run for a few minutes at full power.
• This will remove the grease and residue very easily.
• Then rinse with clean water.

To loosen fabrics :

• Mix 3/4 sparkling water and 1/4 vinegar.
• Rub from the outside to the inside, then rinse with water.

Recommendations

• Caution: May attack limestone surfaces.
• Apply a test coat to inconspicuous areas to check the colourfastness of the surface and the colours.
